WHAT DO I GET IN MY BOX?

Every month, you'll receive a 250g bag of artisan coffee, sourced from only the best micro-roasteries across the UK. To complement the coffee, you'll also receive specially selected chocolate from luxury chocolatiers. Imagine the best coffee & chocolate. That's what you'll get. Every month. 


HOW DO I CANCEL OR SKIP A MONTH?

Simply login to your account and press skip a month, or cancel. If you ever want to re-subscribe, simply click activate and it will set up once again. 


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOX?
The cut-off date for each month's box is 21st of every month and we send out our boxes just after 22nd of every month.

That means that if, for example, you order your box on 21st May, you will receive it just after 22nd May. However, if you order your box on 24th May, after the cut-off, you will receive your box just after 22nd June.


WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY?

We ensure that the contents of our boxes are in perfect condition before we send out to you. However, if in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your box we will either send a replacement box give you a refund for that month provided the box is returned to us with the products inside unopened. 


DO I NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Never! Shipping will always be free for addresses in the UK, excluding Ireland & the Highlands where a delivery cost applies.


I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK, CAN I ORDER?

Unfortunately not at this time. We're hoping to roll out International orders in the future. Sign up to our newsletter to keep posted!

HOW DOES THE 'GIVE AS GIFT' WORK?

When you go for the give as a gift option, you purchase the subscription box for one very lucky person and you can order them a monthly subscription or pre-pay for 3, 6 or 12 months membership for them.
You can add a gift message for them, and we'll email you a gift card to print off and present to them, and we'll also include it in their first box.
The delivery address should be the recipients- not yours!
Please be aware when ordering that we ship our boxes on or shortly after the 22nd of each month, and the cut off date for an order to go out the same month is the 22nd . So if you want it for a particular month, please bear this in mind.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES?

We cannot guarantee that the chocolate we source will not include or have traces of foods which people may have allergies to. Whilst some of the chocolates we source are indeed gluten free we again cannot guarantee this will be the case every month. Please email us hello@cocoaroast.club and we'll be happy to help.


I HAVE A MONTH-TO-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION, WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

Re-bill date is 1st of every month.  You will be charged upon ordering for your first box and will be re-billed for your second box on the 1st of the following month.


HOW DO I ADD A COUPON CODE?

At the checkout there is the option to add a coupon or gift card. If you have any problems, drop us an emailhello@cocoaroast.club


WHY SHOULD I BOTHER PRE-PAYING FOR 3, 6 OR 12 MONTHS?

Saving money of course! By purchasing the 6 month membership, you get 5% off and you save 10% with the 12 month membership. Plus, you don't have to worry about monthly billing.
They're also a great way to give a gift to someone :)
